I'm back again with another makeup product review post. It's about Pure Light Foundation from Yves Rocher, which is claimed to give Second Skin Effect after applying on to the skin. Well, I felt in love with this product last October after trying this product at Yves Rocher Store when accompanying my friend to buy some skincare products there. Just like the name, this foundation is so light on the skin, but quite great in covering blemishes on the skin. Unfortunately, this product is pricey for me. So there's no chance for me to purchase this product at that moment. Fortunately, Thanks to Citra and Hana for giving me this product as birthday gift. And now I can try this product freely every time I want.
The foundation that lets skin breathe for more radiance. With radiance boosting Rice extract. this is Light & luminous foundation which gives second skin effect.
♬ For the very first time, Yves Rocher Botanical Beauty researchers have introduced radiance boosting rice extract in a new foundation. Each time you use it, your skin regains vitality and radiance, becoming softer and more luminous.
♬ Its ultra-fresh light moisturizing texture is easy to apply uniformly. It provides maximum comfort for a sensation of no make-up and impeccable natural coverage. The skin's texture is visibly smoothed and the complexion is uniform.
♬ The skin breathes, the complexion is perfect, radiant and luminous
♬ Tested under dermatological control

My friends gave me Beige 200 Teint Clair shade one
And also as you can see, it comes with practical elongated pump dispenser for a better grip.
It has liquid texture which feels so light weight on the skin. Anyhoo, I like applying this foundation with my fingers. The result is just more natural I think.
Well by the way I'm sorry for the next picture because of the lighting, I don't know why it turned out like this. But if you really wanna know how the color of this shade looks like in real life, just see from picture above. The color is exactly like that actually.
As you can see from picture above, the coverage of this foundation is great enough. I took this picture after applying foundation right away. You just need to apply concealer after that in order to get better coverage. Please noted, If you have oily skin just like mine, don't forget to set it with loose powder at the end. And it's Done!. Having second skin effect (checked!) without feeling like I'm wearing a thick make up at all is true story.
And then, for staying power of this foundation is quite great (around 5-6 Hours). It's kinda impressive how the foundation can stay on my oily face for that long. I just need to blot my oily face once, and everything is fine.
♥ No breakouts so far
♥ No cakey
♥ Giving second skin effect just like my own skin but with better skin look (no makeup finish)
♥ The coverage is great enough (Sheer to Medium coverage) and buildable
♥ Staying power is quite great (around 5-6 Hours).
♥ The shade matches my skin tone well
♥ Brightening skin tone effect after applying it onto skin (making it looks radiant)
♥ Moisturizing skin quite well
♥ Giving satin finish look on me (dewy+semi matte) which I like
♥ Doesn't oxidize on my face and No greyish undertone as well
♥ Available locally here
♥ The scent itself is not overpowering to me
◆ The oil control is just so so
Okay, I think that's all for now
Thanks so much for reading my post anyway
